I have known Rob Lees for a few years now, I first met him when I was an invigilator on courses he tutored. I as well as an invigilter working as a door supervisor for about 11 years. From conversations we had  Rob suggested "why don't use you experience in your job and become a trainer for the door supervision course." This sowed a seed in my head, which Rob continued to encourage to grow.
  I am now a qualified trainer myself and I really am so pleased, I love it. If it hadn't been for Rob I wouldn't have thought about doing this. He encouraged, advised and inspired me.
 When as an invigilator I attend the variety of courses he tutors,  I have always be impressed of the positive atmoshpere there is in his groups.
  He also allowed me to observe groups that he taught. From this experience I would class Rob as an extremely good tutor. He is informative in a way that can reach to all different people with different abilities. Rob is professional and efficient. His groups are upbeat, positive and integrate the group within the learning process. He has good communication and understanding with his students. He is a good person to work with.
